Nicolas founded Pressatto-AI in South Florida after more than 30 years building and deploying enterprise software. His experience across PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, and SuccessFactors brings a practical perspective on processes, integration, and adoption.
That experience guides how we work: understand how work gets done, decide what is worth improving, and design a solution that fits the business’s systems and people.
That same experience is behind VisualTalent and Merit2Hire: applications designed so people decide with evidence, not to replace their judgment. And when a need is specific, we build it as a custom project.

Diana Maria Gomez
Pressatto Colombia Lead
Based in Bogotá, Diana leads Pressatto Colombia. She brings a track record of building markets, developing teams, and driving commercial growth across Latin America. During her career, she has led operations reaching more than US$60 million in annual revenue and over 60% market share in competitive segments.
As the first hire in Agfa HealthCare’s Latin American operation, she helped build its regional presence from the ground up. She later founded and led her own medical technology company, representing brands from Germany, Italy, South Korea, the United States, and Japan.
Since 2020, she has advised international organizations on entering and expanding in Colombia. Her experience spans market strategy, partnerships and channels, enterprise accounts, negotiation, and customer success, complemented by a background in Human Resources leadership.
Industry experience: HealthTech, MedTech, education, B2B services, and professional services. Fluent in English and Spanish.
